Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. For full flexibility, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, a fee equal to 50% of the booking cost will apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. Any additional charges, such as extended hours or requested extras, will be processed at the conclusion of your service.

Safety Standards

Your safety is our top priority. Every HTX Black vehicle undergoes regular inspections, and our drivers are rigorously vetted and trained in advanced safety protocols. We strive to deliver peace of mind for every journey.

Service Modifications

Need to adjust your trip details? No problem. Contact us at least 12 hours in advance to request modifications. While we aim to accommodate your needs, adjustments are subject to availability.
